These are a great mid-afternoon or pre-gym snack, with a boost of protein from crickets. The nuttiness of crickets goes well with peanut-butter and chocolate and a hint of saltiness balances the flavours nicely. They come together really quickly in only about 10 minutes, with no baking required, and they turn out like a tasty, buggy, cookie dough snack.
